Inventory Policy

Product Availability

All goods offered for sale are subject to availability.

​

While the Company endeavors to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, discrepancies may occur.

​

In the event that an ordered item is unavailable after an order has been placed, the Company shall notify the Customer within twenty-four (24) hours and may, at the Customer’s election, (a) provide a substitute item of equal or greater value at no additional cost, or (b) issue a full refund of the purchase price.

​

If item is in stock with the supplier, we can order the item and ship it to the customer. This option can take up to a month to receive. If item is not in stock with the supplier, contact will be made with the customer.

​

Communications

The Company shall provide order status updates, including any delays or changes in availability, via the contact information supplied by the Customer.
